Clusters
Compute resources for your simulations
We run 9 compute clusters with approximately 400 nodes that can be used for interactive or scheduled computations. We provide the same software for our clusters as for our Linux desktop machines to simplify the deployment of your projects.
SampleDB
A web-based electronic lab notebook
SampleDB is a database for sample and measurement metadata and helps you to tack each step in the sample lifecycle, from sample creation to its location in long-term storage. A schema system allows SampleDB to handle various instruments, processes and workflows, while keeping data machine-readable and findable.

GitLab is a web-based Git-repository manager with wiki and issue-tracking features. On our system we also provide you with a container registry and GitLab Pages where you can host your website at no cost. These features are some of many.

An extensible environment for interactive and reproducible computing, based on the Jupyter Notebook and Architecture.
It offers all the familiar building blocks of the classic Jupyter Notebook (notebook, terminal, text editor, file browser, rich outputs, etc.). We extended our version with the gr-framework.

This nice service allows you to create markdown notes with your collegues in realtime. Markdown is a lightweight markup language with plain text formatting syntax. It is designed so that it can be converted to PDF and many other formats. Markdown is often used to format readme files, for writing messages in online discussion forums, and to create rich text using a plain text.
